Knock2’s July Release: More Leads, Smarter Scoring, Faster Actions

We’ve been hard at work making Knock2 even better, with one goal:
Help Sales and Marketing teams identify, qualify, and engage your best leads faster, with less manual work, so you can grow pipeline more efficiently.

Over the past few months, we’ve released a series of updates across the platform that give you more actionable data, better prioritization signals, and smarter automation, all in a simple, intuitive experience. Here’s what’s new, and what’s coming next:

Contacts & Accounts Tabs Now Generally Available

We built the new Contacts and Accounts tabs to replace the legacy People and Company feeds, and the results speak for themselves. The new Contacts tab surfaces 4× more leads compared to the old feed, giving your team a much larger, more enriched pool of prospects with faster performance.

What’s improved:

  • 4× more contact-level identifications
  • Expanded enrichment for better context
  • Faster load times

Why it matters:
Your reps can now spend less time searching and more time reaching out to high-fit prospects, filling their pipeline faster with better-qualified leads.

What’s next:

  • Customize your dashboard columns to see exactly what matters to your team
  • Take action on leads directly from the dashboard (CRM, sequence, Slack)

ICP Scoring (Automated and Manual)

Not all leads are created equal, so we made it easier to focus your team on the ones most likely to convert.
You can now define and score your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) directly in the Contacts tab. Scores run automatically as new leads appear, or you can refresh them anytime with “Score Now.”

Why it matters:

  • Instantly surface high-fit leads based on your ICP
  • Refresh scores on demand after updating criteria
  • Use ICP scores to drive filters, workflows, and Slack notifications

Why it matters:
Your reps spend their time where it counts most, engaging only the leads that fit your highest-priority profile.

What’s next:

  • Expanded ICP scoring for Accounts-level data

Advanced Filtering and Smarter Slack Notifications

We added advanced filters in the Contacts tab so you can segment leads by title, source, and ICP score, and upgraded Slack alerts to respect those same filters.
Now, your reps only get pinged when the right leads come in.

Use case examples:

  • Only show leads with ICP score > 70
  • Focus Slack alerts on VP-level contacts

Why it matters:
No more alert fatigue. Your team can respond faster because they know every Slack ping is worth their time.

What’s next:

  • Conditional filtering (AND/OR logic)
  • Take actions directly from Slack

Workflows, Webhooks and Mobile Enrichment

We expanded automation capabilities so you can route leads to the right playbook instantly.

Live now:

  • Workflows now support Contacts: trigger automations like “If ICP score > 75, add to HubSpot”
  • Webhooks for Contacts: send enriched lead data to Zapier, your API, or other tools
  • Mobile number enrichment: more contacts now include mobile numbers for SMS or direct calls

Why it matters:
Your hottest leads automatically flow into the right sequence or tool without waiting for someone to process them manually, saving your team time and improving conversion rates.

Knock2GPT (Beta) — Chat With Your Data

In partnership with Coherence, you can now chat directly with your Knock2 data.

What you can do:

  • Ask questions like: “Which contacts or accounts visited the most last week?”
  • Explore patterns and insights without digging through tabs

Why it matters:
Get answers to key questions, right when you need them. Note, some queries may take up to 15 seconds to process.
