The Role

We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our small but mighty team in New York City. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a complex, multi-faceted product and drive its technical direction. You'll work directly with the founder and a small team of contract engineers to maintain, improve, and expand our platform.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire Knock2 tech stack, from frontend to backend
• Architect and implement new features that will shape the future of GTM technology
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of our systems
• Collaborate with contract engineers to deliver high-quality code and features
• Work closely with the founder to align technical decisions with business goals
• Manage relationships with third-party services and API providers

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with JavaScript and Python
• Proficiency in frontend technologies (React, Firebase)
• Strong backend skills (Python, Heroku)
• Experience with SQL databases (preferably Supabase)
• Familiarity with AWS and cloud architecture
• Understanding of API integrations and third-party services
• DevOps experience (CI/CD, deployment strategies)

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with AI/ML technologies, particularly NLP
• Familiarity with sales and marketing tech stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Previous startup experience
• Track record of leading technical teams or projects
