Your AI Tools Are Blind to Your Pipeline.
We Fixed That.
Your AI assistant can draft emails, prep calls, and prioritize outreach. But it can't see who's on your website right now. Until today.
Every sales team we talk to is using AI now. Claude for email drafting. ChatGPT for call prep. Cursor or Copilot for building internal tools. The adoption curve isn't coming. It's here.
But there's a blind spot that nobody's talking about.
Your AI tools have no idea what's happening on your website.
A rep asks Claude to write a follow-up email to a prospect. Claude does a great job. But Claude doesn't know that the same prospect visited your pricing page twice this morning and brought two colleagues with them. That context is locked inside your dashboard where the AI can't see it.
The email goes out generic. The timing is a guess. The opportunity to say "I noticed your team has been evaluating us" gets missed entirely.
We built something to fix that.
First: What is MCP, and Why Should You Care?
MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. Here's the simple version: it's a new standard that lets AI tools like Claude connect to your business software and actually use your data.
Before MCP, AI tools were smart but isolated. They could write well, think clearly, and follow instructions, but they could only work with whatever you pasted into the chat window. They couldn't reach into your CRM, your analytics, or your visitor data on their own.
MCP changes that. It gives AI tools secure connections to pull real data from real tools, in real time, without you copying and pasting anything.
Slack has an MCP integration. So does HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Calendar, and dozens of other tools your team already uses. The idea is that your AI assistant should see across your entire stack, not just the text you type into it.
Knock2 now has one too. And it changes what's possible for sales teams.
What You Can Actually Do With This
Once you connect Knock2 to Claude (it takes about two minutes), your AI assistant can see your real-time visitor data. Not a summary. Not a report. The actual feed of who is on your site, what they're looking at, how they score against your ICP, and how to reach them.
Here are real prompts that work today:
You get back names, titles, companies, emails, LinkedIn profiles, and the exact pages they viewed. Not company-level guesses. Named individuals.
Instant pre-call intelligence. You see who from that account visited, what they looked at, and when. You walk into the call knowing more than they expect you to.
Claude writes a personalized email that references their actual browsing behavior. It knows the pages, the frequency, the company context. The email sounds like you did the research because the AI actually did.
Buying committee detection through a chat prompt. You see which accounts have two, three, five people evaluating you, and you get their individual details.
The AI cross-references lead scores, visit frequency, pages viewed, and job titles to build a prioritized list with reasoning. Your morning prospecting routine becomes a single question.
The Part That Matters Most
The capabilities above break into two categories. The first is what Knock2's MCP delivers: the raw data, the contacts, the visit history, the scores, the UTM attribution.
The second is what the AI does with that data on its own. When Claude can see your visitors, it can prioritize them, write outreach that references their behavior, spot patterns across accounts, and prep you for calls with real context. You don't need a separate feature for each of those workflows. You just need to give the AI the data and ask the question.
That's what makes this different from a dashboard. A dashboard shows you data. This lets you have a conversation with your data.
What's Coming Next
Right now, the integration is read-only. You can pull data and let the AI work with it, but you can't push actions back through the MCP yet (like creating a HubSpot contact or triggering a Slack alert). That's coming. What's live today is the foundation: real-time, person-level visitor intelligence, accessible from any AI tool that supports MCP.
How to Set It Up
No developer needed. The whole process takes two minutes:
- 1 Grab your API key from the Knock2 dashboard (Settings → Integrations → MCP)
- 2 Add the Knock2 MCP connection in Claude (we have a one-click setup guide)
- 3 Start asking questions about your visitors
Why This Matters Now
We're the first person-level visitor identification tool with a live MCP integration. Other tools in the space identify companies. Some identify individuals. None of them make that data available to your AI tools yet.
If you're already using AI for sales and marketing, this is the missing layer. Your AI gets smarter when it can see who's actually showing up.
Your AI tools were blind to your pipeline. Now they can see who's knocking.
