ColdIQ offers visitor identification to every platform customer, under its own brand
ColdIQ made its name as an outbound agency and a Clay Elite Studio partner. Its platform turns that know-how into one unified API for GTM data, and Knock2 runs behind it, so every customer gets visitor identification under the ColdIQ name.

The agency that knew every tool, rebuilt as a platform
Michel Lieben and Alex Vacca founded ColdIQ in 2020 as an outbound agency, and it built its name on knowing the tools better than anyone. ColdIQ became a Clay Elite Studio partner and a Smartlead Certified Partner, and called itself the “most technology-savvy outbound agency,” known for AI agents, enrichment waterfalls and multichannel automation.
In 2026, ColdIQ put that experience into a product: one unified API for all your GTM data, with company and contact search, enrichment, signal tracking and campaign building, through chat or voice. In Michel's words, the agency's work was “rebuilt so a team doesn't need an agency to run it.”
ColdIQ doesn't try to build every GTM capability in house. Its platform picks the specialist provider best suited to each task, on fit, cost and accuracy.
When ColdIQ launched Visitor ID in September 2026, included in every plan, the same approach applied. Knock2 does the identification. ColdIQ owns the product, the brand and the customer.
What a platform needs from a visitor ID provider
Visitor ID would ship to every ColdIQ customer on every plan, so the provider behind it had to meet the same bar as the rest of ColdIQ's infrastructure:
- White-label end to end, down to the tracking script's domain, so customers only ever see ColdIQ
- Provisioning by API from ColdIQ's own backend, with no manual setup on either side
- A separate workspace per customer, each with its own monthly identification limit
- Real-time delivery of identified companies and people into ColdIQ's own API
- One parent account and one bill across the whole customer base
A production rollout, from first workspace to launch
ColdIQ's customers never call Knock2 directly and never see Knock2 branding. Knock2 runs behind ColdIQ's own unified API, and everything a customer sees is ColdIQ.
ColdIQ went from a new Knock2 parent account to its first API-provisioned customer workspace in 5 days, with webhooks registered on the parent the same day.
Through August, ColdIQ's team tested the integration thoroughly before launch: provisioning, end-to-end delivery and workspace limits, each in dedicated test workspaces. It moved the tracking script onto its own subdomain, then launched Visitor ID to every customer in September.
Since launch, every new ColdIQ platform customer gets a Knock2 workspace automatically, with no manual setup on ColdIQ's side or Knock2's.
Set once on the parent, inherited by every workspace
For each customer, ColdIQ's backend creates a child workspace through Knock2's tenants API. Provisioning, branding and billing all happen at the parent level, so each new workspace arrives ready to go.
Every customer's tracking script loads from coldiq.websitevisitors.ai, a ColdIQ-branded subdomain. It is set once on the parent account and inherited by each new workspace, so no customer ever installs a snippet with Knock2's name on it.

Real-time delivery at two levels
ColdIQ registers webhooks on each customer workspace, and a second set on its parent account.
Each customer workspace sends ColdIQ the accounts and contacts it identifies, for ColdIQ to deliver inside its own product.
On the parent, ColdIQ listens for score changes and for alerts when a workspace reaches its limit.
Webhook test events, delivery logs with manual retries, and usage alerts mean delivery can be monitored and recovered across the whole customer base, not one workspace at a time.

The next customer costs no extra engineering
Because provisioning, branding, limits and billing all live at the parent level, adding the next customer costs ColdIQ no extra engineering effort. Website visitor identification is now a standard part of ColdIQ's platform, included for hundreds of ColdIQ customers under ColdIQ's own name.

“Knock2 lets us offer company-level and person-level website visitor identification directly within our platform, under our own brand. It gives us a white-label solution we can make available across our entire customer base.”
