01 · The person
Not the account. The decision maker.
Account-level tools show you a company name. Knock2 shows you who was reading: name, title, work email, phone and LinkedIn.
Every contact comes with the pages they read and how often they came back, so a rep knows what to say before writing.
“I was blown away with your tool. I hooked it up and within 45 minutes we booked a meeting.”

02 · Routing
Traffic into pipeline, automatically.
Knock2 creates the contact in HubSpot or Salesforce, enriches it, alerts the owner in Slack and starts the sequence in Apollo, Outreach, Lemlist or Instantly.
Your team acts on the visit while the buyer is still thinking about you.

03 · Buying committee
One visit. The whole committee.
From the person who visited, Knock2 finds the other decision makers at that account who fit your ICP, with verified emails, on every plan.
They go into the same enrichment and outreach workflows as the visitor.

04 · Lead scoring
Scored before anyone looks.
Describe your ideal customer in a sentence. Every visitor and account gets a score and the reason for it, so reps start with the best fit.

How to choose
Four questions to ask any vendor.
Does it name the person, or only the company?
Most tools stop at the company. Knock2 names the person on 62% of US engaged sessions, and the company on 93% of engaged sessions everywhere.
Does it publish its match rate?
A rate you can check beats a demo you have to sit through. Knock2 publishes both numbers, measured on engaged sessions.
Can you see the price?
Knock2 plans run from $199 to $999 a month, published, with a 7-day free trial and no annual contract.
What happens after the match?
A name in a dashboard nobody opens is not pipeline. Knock2 scores each visitor and sends them to your CRM, Slack and sequencer.

Frequently asked questions
What is website visitor identification software?
Software that turns an anonymous session into a company, and on US traffic into a person your team can contact. Knock2 identifies 62% of US engaged sessions at the person level and 93% of engaged sessions at the account level. Plans start at $199 a month. The side-by-side with RB2B, Warmly, Leadfeeder, Snitcher, Vector, Lead Forensics and Leadinfo is best website visitor identification software.
How does Knock2 identify visitors on my site?
You add a small script to your site. When someone visits, Knock2 matches that visit against licensed identity data to resolve the person and the company behind it. You get name, title and business contact details.
IP address alone resolves a corporate network, not a visitor on home WiFi, mobile or a VPN. Knock2 also uses device-level signals for more precise matching.
What's the difference between account-level and person-level identification?
Account-level identification tells you which company a visitor is from. It's useful for account-based marketing, territory routing, and understanding which target accounts are actively researching you. Person-level identification tells you exactly who the individual is: name, title, work email, phone, and LinkedIn profile. Person-level data is only available for US traffic due to privacy regulations in other regions.
Will this work with my CRM and sales tools?
Yes. Native integrations are built for HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Apollo, Outreach, Lemlist, Instantly, and Clay. For anything not on that list, webhooks cover Zapier, Make, n8n, and any other tool that accepts them. Identified visitors can be routed in real time based on lead score, pages visited, firmographics, persona match, UTMs, or any combination.
Is this actually legal? How does Knock2 identify people without them opting in?
Yes. Knock2 is built on the same class of identity and analytics technology already running on most B2B websites.
Person-level identification runs on US traffic only, by design. Everywhere else, Knock2 returns company-level information only. That is how it stays within GDPR, CCPA and ePrivacy expectations. The identity data itself is licensed from established data providers.
Does Knock2 work outside the US? What about GDPR?
Person-level identification, with names, emails and contact details, is limited to US traffic by design. Account-level identification works globally. This is how Knock2 stays compliant with GDPR, CCPA and the ePrivacy Directive in Europe. You won't see individual European or Asian visitors' personal details, but you will see which companies are visiting.
How does pricing work?
Plans start at $199/month (Startup) and scale with included credits. Identifying an account costs 1 credit, identifying a person costs 6 credits, and prospecting additional contacts at an account costs 2 credits. Every plan includes a 7-day free trial.
Is Knock2 the same company as Knock AI?
No. Knock2 is knock2.ai, website visitor identification for B2B teams. Knock AI at knock-ai.com is a different company. Check the domain before comparing match rates or pricing.
