Wayflyer turned website visitors into a booked meeting the next day
Jim Backwell, Wayflyer's head of GTM AI, sent Knock2's identified website visitors straight into outbound, and had a meeting booked the next day. The same data feeds Wayflyer's data warehouse, so outbound and analytics work from one picture of who is visiting.

Wayflyer's data warehouse
One identification layer, wired into everything
- In outbound. Jim Backwell, Wayflyer's head of GTM AI, sends identified, good-fit visitors straight into Wayflyer's outbound sequence, and booked a meeting the next day.
- In the data warehouse. Every company Knock2 identifies on Wayflyer's site goes by webhook into Wayflyer's data warehouse, where it sits beside the rest of the business's data.
- No data locked in a dashboard. Webhooks and native integrations send the raw records wherever Wayflyer wants them, so the warehouse, the sequencer and any model Jim builds all work from the same source.
From identified visitor to booked meeting
Jim Backwell leads GTM AI at Wayflyer. He built a Knock2 Play that sends identified, good-fit visitors straight into Wayflyer's outbound sequence in Amplemarket, through Knock2's native integration. The next day, a prospect booked a meeting.
In its first two weeks the Play sent hundreds of identified visitors into the sequence, with no exports or files in between. Jim's reaction on finding the integration: “I couldn't believe it had a connection to Amplemarket.”
Visitor data in the warehouse
Wayflyer's team built a Knock2 Play that sends every identified company, and the people behind the visits, to a webhook feeding Wayflyer's data warehouse and the BI reporting built on it. Knock2 has delivered tens of thousands of records to Wayflyer this way.
That made website visits one more dataset Wayflyer's analysts can join to everything else they know about a business, rather than a feed that lives only inside one more dashboard.
More of the traffic is now worth working
Wayflyer built its name financing eCommerce brands. It now lends to businesses well beyond eCommerce, from dentists to SaaS companies, so visitors who once fell outside the target market are now prospects. Knock2 was already identifying them.
Identified, filtered visitors go straight into an outbound sequence through a Knock2 Play.
Branching Plays can send D2C brands and other businesses to different sequences, based on account and industry signals.
A data source and a pipeline source
Knock2 is both a dataset in Wayflyer's warehouse and an outbound channel, and the outbound paid off at once: a meeting booked the day after the first sequence went out. Both run from the same identification, so the data team and the GTM team are working from the same picture of who is visiting.

“I had someone booked in a meeting the next day.”
