Reading the match rates
Same words, different bases.
RB2B prints coverage bands on its pricing page: 15-20% of US visitors on Starter and Pro, 35-45% on Pro+. Warmly’s help center says around 45% of contacts and around 60% of companies, without saying which visits those are measured against. Knock2 measures against engaged sessions: 62% to the person on US traffic, 93% to the company everywhere.
None of those three bases is the same, so no single number settles it. The fair test is your own site: run two tools on the same traffic for a week and count named people with a work email.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is RB2B cheaper than Warmly?
Yes, on published prices. RB2B's pricing page, checked October 8, 2026, has a free company-only plan, Starter at $79 a month and Pro from $149, billed monthly. Does RB2B or Warmly identify more visitors?
They publish on different bases, so the numbers do not line up. RB2B lists coverage of 15-20% of US visitors on Starter and Pro and 35-45% on Pro+. Warmly's help center says around 45% of contacts and around 60% of companies, without stating the denominator. The fair comparison is both tools on your own traffic for a week, counting named people with a work email.
Does RB2B have AI chat like Warmly?
RB2B does not list a chat product. Warmly sells AI chat as Inbound Chat from $20,000 a year and AI Inbound Autopilot from $30,000 a year. If you want AI talking to visitors, that is Warmly's product; if your reps do the outreach, neither chat plan is needed.
