Knock 2 AI LLC, trading as Knock2, engages certain third-party service providers to help deliver, operate, secure, support, and improve the Knock2 platform and related services.
These providers may process customer data on behalf of Knock2 in connection with the services they provide. Where applicable, Knock2 requires its service providers to maintain appropriate data protection, security, and confidentiality safeguards.
Purpose: Database, authentication, and backend infrastructure
Data processed: Customer data, user account information,
authentication data, and application data
Purpose: Application hosting and cloud infrastructure
Data processed: Customer data and application data processed
through the Knock2 platform
Purpose: Frontend application hosting and supporting application
infrastructure
Data processed: Session data, authentication tokens, technical
information, and related application data
Purpose: AI-powered processing, including language model
functionality and embeddings
Data processed: Contact data, activity data, and other relevant
inputs processed in connection with AI-powered functionality
Purpose: Transactional and email communications
Data processed: Email addresses, user information, and email
content necessary to deliver transactional and other communications
Purpose: Application monitoring, error tracking, and debugging
Data processed: Application diagnostics, error data, technical
identifiers, and related metadata
Purpose: Application logging, observability, and technical
monitoring
Data processed: Application logs, technical identifiers,
diagnostic information, and related metadata
Purpose: Payment processing, subscription management, and billing
Data processed: Customer account information, billing information,
payment-related information, and transaction metadata
Purpose: Customer support and customer communications
Data processed: Customer contact information, account information,
support communications, and related service information
Knock2 also supports integrations with third-party platforms that customers may choose to connect to their Knock2 account.
These integrations are optional and are enabled and configured at the customer's direction. When a customer enables an integration, Knock2 may transmit data to the selected third-party service in accordance with the customer's instructions and configuration.

selected by the customer for delivery to Slack

Data processed: Contact, account, activity, and related data
selected by the customer for synchronization with HubSpot

selected by the customer for synchronization with Salesforce
The availability of an integration does not mean that every Knock2 customer uses that provider or that customer data is automatically shared with that provider. Data is transmitted to customer-directed integrations only when the customer enables and configures the applicable integration.
Knock2 may update this list from time to time as our services, infrastructure, and third-party providers evolve.
Where required by an applicable agreement or data protection law, Knock2 will provide customers with notice of the addition or replacement of subprocessors in accordance with applicable contractual requirements.
Knock2 maintains technical and organizational measures designed to protect customer data and assesses third-party service providers based on the nature of the services they provide and their access to Knock2 systems and data.
