How to integrate Knock2 with HubSpot?

With the HubSpot integration, Knock2 can automatically create Contact records in HubSpot when an exact match of a website visitor occurs. This ensures your sales team receives high-quality, identified website visitors directly in HubSpot. Contact matches are only available in the US.

How to set up Knock2 with HubSpot?

Before setting up a play, you must have connected HubSpot in the Knock2 App Marketplace.

Step 1: Create a Play

Click the Plays tab and select New Play. Enter a name, e.g. "Identified Contacts to HubSpot".

Step 2: Define the Play source

Choose Contacts as the data source, then define the filter and timing criteria.

Step 3: Select the output

Choose Add Contact to HubSpot as the output action so the Contact record is created in HubSpot.

Step 4: Review and activate

Confirm the play triggers when a visitor is identified and matches your criteria, then click Submit to save. You can disable the play later if needed.

Good to know

  • Contact matches are only available in the US.
  • For created records, the Record Source is set to Integration and the Source Detail indicates Knock2 as the origin.
  • HubSpot must be connected in the App Marketplace before building a play.
