MCP

MCP

Query your Knock2 visitor, contact, and account data from any MCP-compatible AI tool.

How to integrate Knock2 with MCP?

The Knock2 MCP (Model Context Protocol) server lets AI assistants and agents — like Claude, Cursor, and other MCP-compatible tools — securely access your Knock2 visitor intelligence in natural language. Instead of logging into the dashboard, you can ask your AI tool about the people and companies visiting your website and get answers grounded in your live Knock2 data.

What you can do

  • Search identified contacts and accounts that have visited your website
  • Look up detailed contact and account profiles
  • Review visitor activity — pages viewed, UTMs, and lead scores
  • Get visitor summaries and real volume totals over a time period

All data is scoped to your authenticated Knock2 workspace, so the assistant only ever sees what your account can see.

How to set up Knock2 with MCP?

Connect the Knock2 MCP server to any MCP-compatible client:

  1. In the Knock2 dashboard, open the App Marketplace and find MCP.
  2. Generate or copy your MCP connection details (the server URL and an access token).
  3. Add the Knock2 MCP server to your AI client — for example Claude or Cursor — using those details.
  4. Start asking your assistant about your Knock2 visitors, contacts, and accounts.

Exact steps vary slightly by client. Reach out to your Knock2 rep if you'd like help configuring a specific tool.

Good to know

  • Access is read-only — the MCP server lets assistants query your Knock2 data, not modify it.
  • Every request is scoped to your authenticated workspace.
