- Admin access in Knock2 to connect a workspace integration
How to set up Knock2 with ChiliPiper?
Step 1: Connect ChiliPiper in Knock2
- In the Knock2 dashboard, open the App Marketplace.
- Find ChiliPiper and click Connect.
- Authorize the connection and save.
Step 2: Route Chat Sessions with a Workflow
- Go to Workflows
- Choose Chat Session as the source and set your filters so only qualified leads are routed.
- For the output, select ChiliPiper.
- Save and activate. Matching leads are handed off to ChiliPiper for routing and scheduling.
Good to know
- Scheduling and routing rules are configured in ChiliPiper, so make sure your queues and assignment logic are set up there before routing leads from Knock2.
