How to integrate Knock2 with ChiliPiper?

ChiliPiper is a scheduling and lead routing platform that gets inbound prospects in front of the right rep fast. Connect ChiliPiper to Knock2 to route inbound leads from your website chat and agent directly to your sales team, using ChiliPiper's scheduling and routing to book meetings and assign owners.

What you'll need

  • A ChiliPiper account with routing and scheduling configured
  • Admin access in Knock2 to connect a workspace integration

How to set up Knock2 with ChiliPiper?

Step 1: Connect ChiliPiper in Knock2

  1. In the Knock2 dashboard, open the App Marketplace.
  2. Find ChiliPiper and click Connect.
  3. Authorize the connection and save.

Step 2: Route Chat Sessions with a Workflow

  1. Go to Workflows
  2. Choose Chat Session as the source and set your filters so only qualified leads are routed.
  3. For the output, select ChiliPiper.
  4. Save and activate. Matching leads are handed off to ChiliPiper for routing and scheduling.

Good to know

  • Scheduling and routing rules are configured in ChiliPiper, so make sure your queues and assignment logic are set up there before routing leads from Knock2.
