Connect Knock2 to Zapier via webhooks to route identified leads into thousands of apps.
Connect Knock2 to Zapier using webhooks to send the contacts and accounts Knock2 identifies into thousands of downstream apps. A Zap built with Webhooks by Zapier catches the data from Knock2 and lets you route it to actions like sending a Slack channel message, adding a row to a sheet, or anything else Zapier supports.
Step 1: Create a Zap and trigger
In Zapier, create a Zap. For the trigger, select Webhooks by Zapier and choose Catch Hook as the event, then Continue.
Step 2: Get the webhook URL
Leave the Child Key blank and Continue. Copy the webhook URL Zapier provides.
Step 3: Add the URL to Knock2
Open the Knock2 Webhooks settings page (Settings → Webhooks). Choose your data source and paste the URL into the Webhook URL field.
Step 4: Test the connection
Click Test Webhook in Knock2, then click Test Trigger in Zapier. Confirm the Zapier test was successful (it will differ depending on whether it's the Accounts, Buying Committee, or Contacts webhook) and select Continue with selected record.
Step 5: Choose your action
Select your action app and event (for example, Slack's Send Channel Message), customize your message, test the step, and publish the Zap.
