Get real-time account and contact alerts in Slack and qualify leads without leaving the channel.

How to integrate Knock2 with Slack?

Slack notifications bring Knock2 insights directly into your team's workflow, so you can review, discuss, and act on accounts and contacts without living in the dashboard. They surface high-intent signals in real time and let you qualify or disqualify leads from Slack, with the decision saved on the record in Knock2.

What you'll need

  • A Slack workspace you can connect
  • A channel for notifications
  • Access to Settings → Slack in the Knock2 dashboard

What you can do

  • Receive account-level and contact-level notifications
  • Apply filters (e.g. Lead Score ≥ 50) so only relevant leads notify
  • Qualify or disqualify leads directly from Slack

How to set up Knock2 with Slack?

Slack notifications are configured directly from the Knock2 dashboard. From Settings → Slack, you can:

  1. Connect your Slack workspace.
  2. Choose the channel where notifications are sent.
  3. Enable notifications for accounts, contacts, or both.
  4. Apply filters so only relevant leads trigger notifications (e.g. Lead Score ≥ 50).

Account and contact notifications can be enabled separately. Each notification is sent after the lead has been processed by Knock2, so the information is enriched and ready for review. Leads that don't meet your filter criteria still appear in the dashboard — they just won't generate a Slack notification.

Good to know

  • If Knock2 identifies a contact for an account, only the contact notification fires — no separate account notification is sent for the same visit, preventing duplicate alerts.
  • A notification may include account or contact details, CRM company and deal owner, deal stage, a link to the record, and Qualify/Disqualify actions.
  • Contacts and accounts are qualified or disqualified independently.
  • Qualification status is stored on the record and can be used in filters, play logic, and prioritization rules.
